- Assisting the employer in communication with bodies of the employees (assistance in formation and operation of works council, communication with trade unions, handling strike situations)
- Participation in negotiation and preparation of works council and trade union agreements, collective bargaining agreement
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation relating to establishing and maintaining employment relationship
- Assistance in termination of employment relationships in order to avoid litigation, preparation of necessary documentation, coordination of mass-lay off procedures
- Managing legal aspects of mass recruitment and mass reduction procedures, advising on alternate reduction methods, advising on media effect
- Participation in setting up work schedules and work orders
- General counseling in labor related issues, support to HR
- Review and setting up necessary processes to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, preparation and maintenance of proper documentary background
